Late-fifteenth-century Italian and Latin handbook of astrological rules for medical treatment: lucky days for cupping and bloodletting, planetary hours, eclipse tables for 1485-1530, and a 'Sfera'. Unique manuscript: a handwritten codex held in the Wellcome Library's Western Manuscripts collection, so no second copy of this particular text-witness exists.
