Seventeenth-century English manuscript, in tabular form, apparently a version of Dominicus de Rubeis's Tabulae physiognomonicae (Venice, 1639). Unique manuscript: a handwritten codex held in the Wellcome Library's Western Manuscripts collection, so no second copy of this particular text-witness exists. Digitized by the Wellcome Collection and released under its Public Domain Mark.
