Pseudo-Solomon (anonymous French copyist)

Early-eighteenth-century French manuscript of the Clavicules de Salomon in red and green pen-drawn pentacles and sigils; it bears the library stamp of the French occultist Papus (with his ex-libris dated 1908) on the first leaf, a documented provenance. Unique manuscript: a handwritten codex held in the Wellcome Library's Western Manuscripts collection, so no second copy of this particular text-witness exists. Digitized by the Wellcome Collection and released under its Public Domain Mark.
