Italian manuscript of about 1470 of short alchemical tracts and receipts followed by medical, technical and alchemical receipts by a second hand; the catalogue notes its opening epistle is a variant not described in Thorndike. Unique manuscript: a handwritten codex held in the Wellcome Library's Western Manuscripts collection, so no second copy of this particular text-witness exists.
