Ten full-page watercolours of alchemical apparatus and furnaces with Latin descriptions in red, dated 1782 on the mortar illustration; the book-plate of Christopher Froschmayr von Scheibenhof is pasted in. Unique manuscript: a handwritten codex held in the Wellcome Library's Western Manuscripts collection, so no second copy of this particular text-witness exists. Digitized by the Wellcome Collection and released under its Public Domain Mark.
